Fore Mast in place this morning. She is starting to look like a sailing yacht.

Lots of discussion and planning to avoid any problems with the stepping of the mast. Not straightforward as the length was right on the limit of the gib crane.

Steven and I placed a silver sixpence under each mast. Mine is an Australian sixpence minted the same year as me, which I placed under the fore mast and Steven's English sixpence was minted in the same year as him and is under the main mast.

The mast was wrapped up in cloth and cardboard to protect it.
